Know what you want but don’t have access to the Internet? Send us your order Via E-mail to Info@citinnosoln.com. We will send you an invoice for payment. After payment received an order will be placed.

Lead Time

Lead time varies by type of product. Stock Items typically ship within 48 hours of receipt of order. Standard lead time for out-of-stock items is 7 to 10 days. Lead time for custom products is 2 to 4 weeks from date of receipt of order. C-it Innovation Solutions mission to provide exceptional customer service.

Sales Tax

Customer is responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes. Current tax rate in Dayton, Ohio is 7.5%

Payment Terms

All products are pre-paid. Accepted methods of payments are PayPal, Corporate Check, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Large orders over $3000 dollars require 50% down, 75% at 2/3 completion, and 100% 30 days net. All other contracting services see provided payment terms per contract signed.

Shipping Policy

All shipments will be free of charge by C-it Innovative Solutions. All shipments will be standard ground freight via best carrier, Depending on weight, volume, and delivery time. UPS is the preferred carrier for small and medium size packages.

Return Policy

C-it offers a 30 day return policy with conditions. Returns are allowed only once a Return Material Authorization (RMA) has been issued by C-it Innovative Solutions. Freight must be prepaid back to C-it Innovative Solutions. A 17% restocking charge may be applied. C-it Innovative Solutions retains the right to deny any portion of the value of the return material depending on the condition of the product as it is received.

Product Warranty Policy

Limited Lifetime

The C-it warranty covers defects in parts in workmanship but does not cover fair wear and tear, defect resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, operation, or storage outside the environment specification for the product or in-transit damage.

Requirements

• The warranty requires return of defective part/product directly to C-it. Replacement of parts or products may be new or refurbished and will meet or exceed specifications of the original parts or products
